True.

The Premiership is more competitive overall than ever too, so the the chances of them slipping up are as great as ever.

But the same applies to any team. Except Liverpool who haven't just slipped up, but fallen arse over tit and landed flat on our back.

I'm a Gooner,so bound to be biased.However,what gave me encouragement was that today's performance was without Vieira who is normally so vital to us.We have West Ham at home next weekend,so I'm bound to be optimistic we can take 3 points against them too.

You Mancs have Chelsea which, from this neutral's perspective,should be one hell of a game.They do seem to play well at OT.

It's a shame ,though,that Keown (after today's booking) will be suspended for the game at Anfield.Could be a tough one there,despite the Scousers recent form.At least I have tickets and will be there !!

I still think the gooners will get cocky and slip up. The big teams (Toon, ourselves etc.) have to take points from them. So long as the other 15 or so clubs put up an effort they will drop points. We have to keep winning our games and not keep looking at how they're doing. Maybe me being biased, but they are catchable imo.
