One of my old threads has been resurrected - afore the rules concerning peadophiles etc in which Slabber, myself and others started throwing such gibes at each other.

In the light of the new rules and good taste should not threads that do now break these rules not be resurrected and which silly cnut resurrected this thread

Thanks Elizabeth - I deleted it myself and hope its gone for good - but the question of resurructing objectionable old posts remains - can it not be stopped or summat

thanks Elizabeth - but some of my old posts were to put it mildly rather stupid and I'm none too proud of them- so even in that sense it aint much fun:o

incidentally I was banned for 3 days a few months back on the strength of a comment made - again afore the new rules - in a resurrected thread.

I said nowt at the time because but now ?????

and you've already deleted it yourself

What's the problem? unless you're trying to get someone else in trouble

I read through your posts, and I can't decifer what your gripe is.

Someone ressurected a thread in which you, hilariously, had a go at Slabber for being fat, after he posted a picture of someone that wasn't him.

You've since deleted the thread, but now are in here asking us to do something anyway.

What is it you're asking us to do? Go through every old thread on the caf deleting any you might take offence to?

I was able to do it myself Marching - only because I had started the thread - but what would have happened if it was not one I started

Noodles - its not just me taking offence - some subjects in the past were acceptable and - rightly are banned now - so yes - they should not be resurrected or deleted sharply if not

Think a tad more broadly man about such threads FFS

Well, if you want to pay me for the time it would take to go through about 200,000 pages worth of threads, looking in detail at every single post, I might consider it.

If not, feck off

If we see something inapropriate, we'll deal with it as and when

er it wasn't you that resurrected the thread was it - because you seem a tad hot under the collar about it

and I'll take your serious and well thought out advice and feck off discussions on this topic with you - thanks Noodles :D
 
ps Noodles I would not dream of asking you to go through billions of pages but it would appear simple to me that whoever can resurrect an old thread should read through it first to check if current rules are broken or if it is objectionable and then release it - if appropriate

To me anybody with the authority to dredge out old posts should at least take this vetting procedure seriously

you are a stupid cnut - and should you bring threads into life with material that are against existing rules then you should be banned

as for the rest good hunting and it might be amusing but be warned just about any thread involving Slabber would contain bannable reference under the current regs - they tended to deteriorate quickly into crudities ... but have fun anyway

Whatever Slabber was in the e-world in here, he had you pegged down from the word go.I'm surprised the others who shove oranges everywhere didn't remember that.Used to be pretty funny.
