I suffer delusions of grandeur
What's gone on before now has not been what we are used to, this needs to be where we turn the corner. Beating Newcastle is a start but it means nothing unless we go on to perform in the way that all United fans know we can. The game at old trafford on Saturday epitimised what united are really about and to watch scholesy take command of that game was inspiring. To me it seems obvious that Scholes is a natural leader and is worth ten of Veron, as good as the argentine has been in Europe. lets face it loonypool at anfield and arsenal at O.t. will be sturner tests and we'll not have the space we had at O.t against Newcastle. The ay i see it if opposition, any opposition wants to give United an open game they are gonna get beaten. The way to beat us is to deny players like veron, beckham and scholes space, which Arsenal and liverpool have done. Teams jave learnt if you play open football against United you will get murdered just like the magpies did on saturday. 5-3 flattered them at 5-2 i thought we were gona go on and 6 or 7 and prob should have.4 points out of the next two premiership games is essential, but with Becks, keane and co out are we gona be strong enough? let me know people what do you lot think? am i talking sense or crap?
