Neville's ankle was bleeding. I can't believe that some Liverpool fans blame him for that.

Yeah, real surprise they didn't comment on Saint Michael leaving his foot in, in a tackle.

Again.

Well, good on Diego again - read some past threads a certain poster if you think I have only had negative observations to make on him before.

I want to see the lad go on and fulfil what seems to be some bloody good potential but I am not getting carried away. I remember the likes of Mark Robins and others who scored to get us out of tight spots in the past but in the end did not live up to expectations and could not quite cut it.

However, Diego has THE HUNGER! If he succeeds long-term at Old Trafford this quality will be instrumental in keeping him at Manchester United. He shows drive and hunger - two attributes that were lacking so markedly in too many Manchester United players last season and at times this season.

Good on you lad, here`s to more of the same.

Two extremely important goals in an extremely important match should boost his confidence no end. There are lots of things we don't see/hear, but those inside OT always talk about how excellent a finisher he is in training, which means he HAS GOT the quality, but has been lacking in confidence up to now. Once he becomes more and more confident, Diego will start tearing defences apart on his own.

I fecking love the guy. Whether he scores or not.

you know, I had the same feeling myself when I saw Heskey coming on for Baros.
It's always good knowing the opposition down to 10 men.. :D :D <img src="graemlins/lol.gif" border="0" alt="[Laugh Out Loud]" />

I watched the game in the Scouse end today .
And I thought kin ell they were a nice nunch of blokes (for scousers). Then I looked in me pocket, thieving cnuts had nicked me wallet.Fortunately I make a habit of not taking any cards to matches with me and my cash was in a zipped pocket.
So all they got was an empty wallet.
I was suprised how little grief we got just a couple of idiots shoting sit down when we jumped up celebrating ( to be expected I guess ) but we ignored them .Mind you the stewards warned us that if we did it again we were out.
So we only did it once more :)

why did you even bother bringing your wallet to the game if it was empty?
