From TeamTalk:
Dwight Yorke's chances of making a comeback are fading with both Ruud van Nistelrooy and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer expected to be fit to face Leeds.
Speculation yesterday that the former Trinidad & Tobago frontman was in line for a surprise recall also took a knock last night when United's reserves faced Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough with Yorke nowhere to be seen.
The former record signing was also left out of the second XI last week adding more weight to claims that his days at Old Trafford are due to end soon.
With van Nistelrooy and Solskjaer pulled out of international games for Holland and Norway respectively this week after picking up injuries, there were fears both regular strikers might miss the trip to Elland Road on Saturday, but they are said to be making good progress.
Should they fail, Sir Alex Ferguson could use Ryan Giggs as a striker and Quinton Fortune is another who has filled that role for the reserve side. Swedish national Bojan Djordic could push for a place in the senior side.
They also say that Keano looks like being back for the Leeds game. Amazing how just before the Ireland game it appeared he might be out for the season, and now he appears ok to play against Leeds. We'll probably field a near full strength side, but with most of them carrying slight injuries!
