Open for another week? Their rules state teams can have 10 foreign players, of which 2 have to have been born '03 or later.

Open for another week. Unfortunately, their rules are teams can have 10 foreign players, of which 8 have to have been born '03 or later.
So maybe unlikely that the likes of Lindelof would be sought after given he'd take up one of two slots allocated to senior foreign players.
The free money era seems to be mostly over.
According to TalkSport the Saudi transfer window closes on Monday 2nd of September

I think you’ve got that the wrong way around. I believe it’s 8 senior foreign players and 2 under-21.
If onlyHa! My bad.
That means Lindelof and Eriksen are realistic candidates.
I would agree apart from the chance that a SPL club makes them a financial offer they can't refuse. From the players we realistically want to move on, I can see Lindelof/Eriksen wanting to go to Saudi. Think they still want to stick around Europe.
Alas, I can’t see us doing any business.
Open till Oct 6th. Might be worth updating the thread title so people don't get confusedOpen foranother week? Their rules state teams can have 10 foreign players, of which 2 have to have been born '03 or later.
thats incorrect it closes on October 6th. BBC football have said that. As has the website youve quotedSaudi transfer window closes on the 2nd September, according to Transfermarkt https://www.transfermarkt.com/statistik/transferfenster
Other possible markets for Lindelof (if he can get fit enough to pass the medical) and Eriksen are Brazil, Denmark, Netherlands (I could see an Ajax return appealing to Eriksen), Norway, Portugal - All 2nd September.
Austria - 5th September
Belgium - 6th September (Eriksen was linked earlier in the window to Anderlecht but was said to be too expensive for them wages and fee)
Switzerland - 9th September
Greece - 11th September
Turkey - 13th September (Most likely option for both players)
Israel - 18th September

I wonder what would happen with Man City's players if the club were found guilty and were relegated?Antony, Maguire and Casemiro please, and then sign Rabiot on a free transfer
Think we could just about to manage with 3 wingers this season, Bruno and Mount can cover for the RW spot.
Load our ammunition for next summer.
We definitely need to keep Maguire and Casemiro now, as both will play a significant part in the first team. Antony, Eriksen and Lindelof won’t, so may be disposed ofAntony, Maguire and Casemiro please, and then sign Rabiot on a free transfer
They were interested, but couldn't afford him.

I'd certainly take Rodri, foden, haaland etc.
Be interesting to see how many they would lose ..
Interesting... maybe Berrada has certain ideas about how to solve our lack of firepower and DLP.I wonder what would happen with Man City's players if the club were found guilty and were relegated?

Can we change the thread to a one stop shop to to include all transfer windows that are still open? If not can we have a new thread for the Turkish transfer window? (I don't have forum rights to do myself)
The Turkey transfer window closes on September 18th and they have a history of taking players from across Europe
I'm hoping this means lindelof and Eriksen :-)
Is Jose that bad as a manager that he would buy him twice?Jose's surely gonna help us out and take Lindelof?
There’s no way we can afford to sell another midfielder no matter how bad he was today! One injury to Ugarte or Mainoo and we’d have to rely on a very raw Collyer and not much elseThink after today we can see Casemiro can be sold just for a very small fee just to get off the wage books. Collyer can get some experience.
When Yoro is back in October we can really think about a different shape. There’s no way we can afford to sell another midfielder no matter how bad he was today! One injury to Ugarte or Mainoo and we’d have to rely on a very raw Collyer and not much else
Kante - £0Chelesa's deals with Saudi are always the dodgiest.
Smalling also goes to Saudi after Roma terminates his contract.
Kante - £0
Mendy - £15m
Koulibably - £17m
Which one of those is ‘dodgy’?
When Liverpool flogged 33 year old Henderson for £12m and Fabinho went for £40m I don’t think either of the above seem unreasonable.
