Well done Giggsy on reaching this milestone.
Best Giggsy moment has to be the FA Cup semi goal against Arsenal. May there be many more.

That would be Joe Spence.

I think we'd all agree that Giggsy won't play so many matches for another five, six or seven years.
Gary Neville might be in with a chance tho, he's on 358 apps ATM (according to manutd.com) and is always playing. 8 more seasons playing 50 matches might be possible for him.

I disagree, those matches are official. They are all trophies that are worth something and they are part of our history. We had to be successful to win those competitions and the medals for the players should be very important as the appearances in those matches.

Oh, come on. If you're allowed five subs it's a friendlie.
We won some trophies in Asia last summer. Should we count those matches too?

Thanks Osterdal.
Joe Spence 1919/32 510 games 168 goals.
Sir Bobby's record will hopefully never be broken IMO. He was a class act and to survive the trauma of Munich and play another 14 years is remarkable.
