No doubt about it, goal getting is what he's good at. But what strikes me the most is that whenever he IS involved in the build up, he always seems to know the best next move to create direct danger. It's been said that he's been 'found out' as a striker in the PL. Maybe this is true to some degree, because I believe his role should not merely be that of the lone striker up front, waiting for the few good chances. As an opponent you simply put one or two defenders on him, and those chances will become rare ('found out' my ass..). In my opinion he should be put less in the role of the goal getter and be more (allowed to be) involved in the build up.

His overall game is improving, he's coming out of the "striker" mould to become a true forward. It's fantastic IMO, as he'll put the same amount of goals away, but also create a load of them too.

He's been a fantastic buy.

7 goals in 11 matches are more than ok. In fact, should he keep this up he'll end up with approx. the same amount of goals as last season. And yet he's been crap if you listen to the media.
