Rustu was fecking awesome yesterday against Brazil. It was the first time I saw him play,and now I know why he is rated so highly.
But,his kicking looks real dodgy though...he was caught out twice,once in the first-half to Ronaldinho,and once in the second-half which led to the penalty...
his kicking reminds of this fat,bitter twat that we had in our goals... :(
I hope I'm wrong and he gets his kicking improved,'cos he looks like an awesome 'keeper.
 
Good keeper and has been for a long time. Kept the score down yesterday didn't he? Should have been at least 4.
 
lol I was going to post this topic about Rustu yesterday after the Brazil game lol oh well, anyway he was awesome and with all of barthez qualities i would rather have him than Fabz call me INSANE but its just my opinion. However that Rustu guy looks like that person from the mummy returns lol u know the one who rides the horse, trying to protect the evil spirit lol anyway......

Rustu a Man Utd player after World Cup - agent

The agent for Recber Rustu claims the Turkish international goalkeeper is on his way to Manchester United after the World Cup.
Saffet Sancakli is quoted in the Turkish press stating that he has already held talks with United officials and has been told they are prepared to meet Fenerbahce's £6 million asking price.

Rustu was watched by United's chief scout, Martin Ferguson, in April and has said he's been in regular contact with the English giants in recent months

Havent seen him enough to say. I usually hit the clicker when Lyon are on. ;)

He was electrfying against Bayern in the CL last year. Haven't heard too much more from him since.
 
We need real World class back up to Barthez not potential like Steel and Caroll :D
