Please allow Pogba to train with the club. If he proves he still has the ability let him support Mainoo as CM.

Agreed, and ‘genius’ is a helluva stretch. We never saw anything even close to genius in his time back here. What nonsense are you going on about. He doesn’t deserve us. He’s toxic. Bruno is miles above Pogba and the stats show that.
Ill suited? why?
Onana, Yoro, Maguire, De Light, Licha, Shaw, Maz, Dalot, Ugarte, Mainoo, Bruno, Mount, Rashford, Garnacho, Amad, Hojlund have a place in his system. Maybe some positions have more options while the other need better options. But still... he can work with it. He isnt exactly Van Gaal inheriting players after David Moyes.
Antony first name in the team sheet confirmed. He prefers fast and left footed players, he got 9 left footed players in current Lisbon team.
piss off Paul you've had your chance and you blew itPlease allow Pogba to train with the club. If he proves he still has the ability let him support Mainoo as CM.

Lindelof got injured while playing for Sweden. I think he may start Hojlund instead of Rashford especially in his first game. So, is this the initial set up we're likely to see from Ruben against Ipswich?
GK. Onana
CB. Lindelof
CB. De Ligt
CB. Martinez
RWB. Mazzouri
LWB. Dalot
CM. Ugarte

Wow,everyone is on international duty, even Rashford?Well there’s the small fact of international duty
So, is this the initial set up we're likely to see from Ruben against Ipswich?

For me:
GK: Onana
CB: Lindelof
CB: Maguire
CB: Evans
RWB: Dalot
LWB: Malacia
CM: Ugarte
CM: Eriksen
AM: Mount
AM: Antony
CF: Zirkzee
Yes, if by international duty you mean swanning around NYC looking like a pillock.Wow,everyone is on international duty, even Rashford?
Irony, surely? You forgot to put in Heaton for Onana. For me:
GK: Onana
CB: Lindelof

RWB: Dalot
LWB: Malacia
CM: Ugarte

AM: Mount
AM: Antony
CF: Zirkzee
You'd think players not on international duty would want to be around the club with the new manager here.Yes, if by international duty you mean swanning around NYC looking like a pillock.
I don’t think I’d have given the players time off this time round if I was the club.
Frankly, let's not get ahead of ourselves with fancy new formations given how well that's worked out with the previous managers. I wake up in the middle of the night screaming sometimes thinking of that 4-2-2-2 system of Rangnick's. If any, I don't think it's going to be vastly different to what we've been playing all along. Maybe Casemiro pushed a bit back as a makeshift 3rd CB, Bruno pushed a little deeper and Amad/Garnacho pushed a little central. Let's see.
Some people deserve disappointmentPlease allow Pogba to train with the club. If he proves he still has the ability let him support Mainoo as CM.

Do we have midfielders who can slow the game down? I think all our midfielders aside Ericksen of course don't have that gift. That was why ETH kept playing Ericksen last few games to bring control. Unfortunately for him, it made us weaker
It would definitely be vastly different that the setup under ETH (unless you meant post ETH under Rudd). I am sure the midfield will be beefed up and less punts forward and more patient play.
Yeah, I am surprised he played Dalot.Irony, surely? You forgot to put in Heaton for Onana.

I know I would. Especially if my playing spot was in question in the new system like Marcus seems to be.You'd think players not on international duty would want to be around the club with the new manager here.
90% sure we won't use full backs at both wings ever.. Because on Amorims system the wing players aren't full backs, more wingers or wide players. So at least one of them is like Garnacho or some other winger. So, is this the initial set up we're likely to see from Ruben against Ipswich?

Keep hearing ''do we have defenders that can do this or midfielders that can do that''. We don't know that do we? They've not been asked to play that way. We need to stop making sweeping assumptions, the point of a coach is to train players to play the way he wants them too and I feel a lot of fans will be pleasantly surprised to see improvement in certain players to further exemplify how badly we were coached under EtH.Do we have midfielders who can slow the game down? Oh dear just heard this news. So Evans and De Ligt the only fully fit cbs with injuries to Martinez, Yoro, Maguire and now Lindelov.Lindelof injured now. He'll have two fit CBs for Ipswich. I'm thinking he might try using Ugarte as a half-back at this point.
For God’s sake. Why is Martínez injured again?Oh dear just heard this news. So Evans and De Ligt the only fully fit cbs with injuries to Martinez, Yoro, Maguire and now Lindelov.
Would he not opt for Casemiro at CB with Ugarte and Mainoo (if fit) in front? Or just stick with 4 at back till injuries get better (hopefully soon)
Nice condescending post, but if I remember correctly he used WBs for Sporting when he took over. Wasn't until they clicked with his system that he used wingers.90% sure we won't use full backs at both wings ever.. Because on Amorims system the wing players aren't full backs, more wingers or wide players. So at least one of them is like Garnacho or some other winger.
I am honestly gonna ask that do some of you don't follow football outside of United or what's the plan here? Because it's been discussed everywhere how 3-4-3 ain't 5 at the back any cost ever. And some still insist that we will play with back 5 now.
He flew all the way out to the Argentina camp and was declared unfit (so a United injury probably from the game vs Leicester). For God’s sake. Why is Martínez injured again?
To visit family? He flew all the way out to the Argentina camp and was declared unfit (so a United injury probably from the game vs Leicester).
Why he did not just withdraw from the squad is the more pertinent question.
Maguire should be back for Ipswich, as will Kobbie so Casemiro could fill in at CB. Also if Malacia is deemed ready to play LWB next week then we may see Dalot at RCB and Mazraoui at RWB. We may even see Garnacho or Antony at LWB. We have options, we’ll be good.Lindelof injured now. He'll have two fit CBs for Ipswich. I'm thinking he might try using Ugarte as a half-back at this point.
No, Lindelof got injured on international duty for a start. Maybe Yorro instead? So, is this the initial set up we're likely to see from Ruben against Ipswich?

I mean he usually does but he then reverts to bad form and looking disinterested the minute things aren't smooth sailing.I hope Rashford takes the opportunity of a new manager seriously
We need him back to his best
why?I think he plays 4 at the back vs Ipswich…..
