How is there still not an interview with the guy on United's site, the PR side of things is still as atrocious as it ever was.
His leadership and communication skills are what set him apart, imo.
And while those skills will have a pretty quick impact in the locker room, it might take a while for it to be visible with the press.
His English is ok, but not really enough that it allows him to be as clear and decisive as he was in Portuguese.
Because he isn't officially employed by the club until the work permit is in place.

He has charisma which is something we haven't seen since Jose's early days here.

What has me most excited about Amorim is how much his players seem to love him. He has a bit of a prime Mourinho at Chelsea vibe where his players would run through a wall for him. But without Jose’s everyone is against us mentality.
