If he wants to stick with his system and the current first teamers just can't do the job, why can't he pull those players from the reserves and couch them into it? I rather we lose when trying young players then stick to those big players who have failed us big time.

Surely a Good coach can get a tune out of any group of players? If it means changing system to accommodate them, so be it. But isn’t that what coaches do?
It is, but we made the mistake of giving too much time to managers that show no sign of achieving the standards required too many times. If he doesn't show he can build a coherant team with this squad, are they going to give him £X hundred million to build a squad or start looking for someone else who might be able to? I'm not saying he should be sacked, I don't want him to be either, but if it was my money I don't know if he'd have convinced me he was the man to be in charge of it.
