I had the same problem as you zidane.
Also when I was trying to get on redcafe, I was getting a pop up that said the following:

Relax, just some updates to the site which resulted in a couple of bugs which I think I've sorted out.

Thats reputation, I got 153 reputation points while I was in the noobs. So, I have two. The points are showing as well.
He's got more rep points than others seen as he joined through the newbie forum which gives out rep points whereas you didn't have to go through that process.

More easier for googlebot for searching the keywords all over the thread probably. The links also doesn't contain any php extension again, plenty of VBulletin based forum already use kind of things.
