Rossi again

He's been talking about moving over to cars hasn't he?

That would be interesting to see.

I'd be sceptical. Don't get me wrong, the guy is scarily talented, but there's talk of him replacing Mick at Ferrari, not going to happen, nor anything like it. The most he should do starting off is a few F3 tests to change his mindset, and get a drive with a GP2 team, whilst testing in F1. He's driven F1 cars before I'm sure, but competitively is a different kettle of fish.

I thought he was most interested in rallying anyway?

F1 needs him though.

I think he drove in a WRC race last year

Just watched Laguna Seca, Hayden won, Edwards second, Rossi third.

Hayden had it in the bag for the whole weekend by the looks of it, his first win in MotoGP, his first podium even.....Max won't be impressed at all.

Edwards beat Rossi, local knowledge maybe - in fairness though, Rossi didn't look at home over the weekend at all, he was moaning about the place the whole time. Got pretty close to Edwards at the end mind....

Another one for Rossi, that's Gibernau shot for the rest of the year I'd say. He'll be killing himself for that mistake. Thing is though, Rossi was lining him up for big one. Fair enough, we'll never know if he would have made it or not, but there was going to be fireworks on that last lap regardless.....bet Hayden was half thinking he was in with a shout as well considering how Rossi and Sete go about their business in last lap dashes.

Bottom line, Rossi would have pegged him anyway.

I think it's a mental thing. Any biker who had Rossi on his back would be shitting himself. Honda is clearly the better bike, but Rossi skill outpace them all.
I mean, it doesn't matter he was fourth or five at the start of the race, he'll slowly overtake anyone in front of him. And when he's on front, nobody can touch him.

True.....you have to look at his teammate to see just how good he is. His teammate is Colin Edwards. How far is Rossi ahead of Colin Edwards every time they take to the circuit? - he cains him everytime, bar once in America at Edwards home race - and even then, he chased him over the line on shitty tyres. He's aslo improved his wet weather skills. Two wet races this year and he's dominated them both.
