So who from our Irish "Heavy Metal" contingent went to Metallica last night in said park of Marlay?

i was working in centra across the road and it was feckin mad, the deli alone took 9,000 euro, im not sure what our final takings were at the end of the night but when i went home at nine we had taken close to 35,000 or so for the entire shop. absolutly mental it was

The music aint my cup of tea but it was a good laugh. Sure there was some noodle stall charging 10 euro for some slop imagine what they took in the day they were shifting tons of the shit. Spring rolls were a feckin fiver and they were tiny

I went last night.

Good show but i don't think i'm into Metallica as much as i used to be

Plus i refrained from even drinking which is a bad sign on its own

yeah the stalls are really expensive, thats why loads of people come to us before they go in, full breakfast roll for 4 euro, chicken fillet rolls with any salad for 4 euro, and its much better than the slop that gets served in the park but i know a few mates who went, not really their cup of tea either but they said they had a good time. did you see tenacious D perform?

unbelievable the whole place was fecking mental, worst thing was though they only served fecking heineken........and the stalls were a joke, the t-shirts were overpriced, even for a concert.
75 quid for a pair of metallica shorts........feck off.

every stall there was a bunch of money grabbing cnuts.
