Only fools and horses the early years.

Peckham, 1960, and the Trotters are all under one roof: Grandad, Joan, husband Reg and the teenage Del Boy. Things suddenly change, however, when ex-con Freddie Robdal appears. Joining this comedy drama are teenage versions of Only Fools and Horses favourites Boycie, Trigger and Denzil.

new show starting tonight, might have to watch this.

Imo, only fools and horses is the best tv programme ever made. Therefore I will be watching this, I really hope it isnt pants.

was it any good??

i´m still waiting for it to come on download

Hmm, It was fairly crap to be honest. Good acting and a decent story line but all a bit pointless really. Lots of mildly funny bits and quite a few references to only fools story lines. Basically 90 minutes of showing that freddie was Rodneys dad.

To sum up: I dont feel I wasted 90 minutes but I would say that a 6 series of half hour shows might have been better.

I enjoyed it. Wasnt the best thing ever, but it was easy viewing, and I liked the referencess to fools and horses.

I thought it was dire. I put it on iplayer but turned it off after 20 minutes after I'd failed to even smirk once....Just outdated and dull. Plus the desire to cram period music into every scene got incredibly tedious. Still, they cast Rodneys dad well though, looked just like him.

I dont think it was meant to be funny, well thats what all the cats were saying in the interviews I saw.

So the point was what?...I might make a prequel to The Office that isn't meant to be funny. Reckon I could sell it to the BBC?

I love Only Fools but I've no interest in seeing this. Theres no point in doing anything Fools related if David Jason isn't in it.
