I don't care if it's naff, I love it. The humour is great, and the ensemble cast is really very good (and pretty hot too as it happens).

But one of the outlaws dies tonight. :(

Is that the one with that guy in it? You know the one.

I watched the first episode and thought it was a bit rubbish, so I never went back to it.

Brad will be in here soon though as this gives him the chance to talk about Kevin Costner and how he was the greatest Robin Hood that ever lived.

Yes, that's him.

Guy of Gisborne? :)

It's been very under-rated imo, but this third series has been a bit darker without so many brilliant one liners.

Not everyone's taste obviously, but I will miss it when it's over. If it gets commissioned for a fourth series it will have a totally different cast, and no Robin Hood!

It's the worst thing on TV, by far Livvie. Honestly, it's terrible. The acting is shocking, the settings are shocking, the story lines are shocking. It wouldn't be so bad if it at least made an attempt to portray medieval life, but it's given up even pretending to do that and has just reverted to this kind of clichéd fairytale land instead.

And yes, I am forced to watch it because it's usually on on the weekends when I go visit my parents for dinner, and they love it. I hate them, they're ruining my life. First Dr Who, and now this.

It's fun.

I don't think the acting is bad - I've seen worse, but it's just good family fun. I just love it - but I think it's got more female fans than male ones.

Well I studied the Medieval period, particularly England, at Uni so I probably take it's inaccuracies a bit too personally. It is watchable, if you don't take it seriously, and the blond lass and new sheriff of Nottingham aren't the worst looking women on TV.

In fact it's better than Dr Who, I'll give it that much.

Absolutely, Smashed - no way should it be seen as anything educational, but it was never meant to be.

I mean, one of the outlaws referred to "ice and a slice", but it's that kind of thing that I've enjoyed about it...the modern phrases.

Off topic, have you read Ken Follett's Pillars of the Earth? That's being filmed atm - be interesting to see how it turns out.
