RIP Bert Sugar

Bert Sugar passed away today after battling lung cancer.

You may not recognise the name but even those who aren't into boxing will instantly recognise the trademark hat and cigar.

Massive inspiration to me when it come to writing.

Hopefully he's up in heaven watching those dream fights we never got to see!

I often disagreed with what he had to say but he was a consistently entertaining read and an institution in the boxing world.
