Just on Irish radio, Man Utd have confirmed they have approached Leeds with regards to Ferdinand.
Old news to the dog on the street, but the confirmation sounds like things are getting closer..........maybe

Kenyon said we went to Leeds before the World Cup, they said no. Thats the end of it. It was a while back and it doesn't mean anything's heating at the moment.
