29/11/2010 10:53, Report by Adam BostockReserves: Cup tie offCold weather has forced the postponement of United's Lancashire Senior Cup tie against Oldham Athletic, due to take place tonight (Monday) at 19:00 GMT. The playing surface at Stalybridge Celtic's ground is frozen.

The next scheduled fixture for the Reds' reserves is on Thursday 9 December, at home to Newcastle United in the Barclays Premier Reserve League.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side have played one match so far in the Lancashire Senior Cup, beating Bury 5-1 back in September.

There were a whole bunch of reserve fixtures cancelled this time last year with the snow and frozen ground, I doubt this year will be any differnt.
