Requirements for Mods

Certain recent events have made me wonder what are the minimum requirements for being a moderator. I would have thought that the potential moderators answers to the following questions would be available to the Caf for inspection and are quite reasonable:

1) Do you deny the Holocaust?

2) Do you recognise the right of Israel to exist?

3) Do you renounce violence against Israel?

4) Do you accept past peace agreements negotiated with Israel?

Any chance the mods could answer these questions, just so we know where they stand.

Deny it what? I would probably deny it an extra beer if it looked like it had had enough or refused to hand over it's car keys.

None of my business, but so long as they don't start questioning my right to exist, I'll not start anything.

I've never started any. Even after a few beers I'm sure I could resist the temptation to take on a whole nation though, that would just be plain stupid. Unless I'd been at the Stella of course.

4) Do you accept past peace agreements negotiated with Israel?

I've never started any touble with them so never needed a truce. What's the obsession with me kicking off with Israel? Are you mistaking me for someone else?

There is no political lythmus test when it comes to being a mod. It is after all, moderating a football forum on the internet - not being an ambassador to Israel.

One wonders why you might ask such a strange question ?

in reply to the first post-its none of your feckin business what any of our opinions are on any subject as mods are selected by the other mods and thus of no concern of yours-should you object to any of the mods on here please feel free to post elsewhere
