Piece of cake, mate.

1. Go to http://keepvid.com/

2. Insert link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ei0mmMV9eBg in the box, and change Any Site to Youtube

3. wait a few sec ... and click Download Link

4. Save video into your hard disk. It would be a good idea to change your file extension to .flv

5. To watch playback of the video that you'd save, I recommend VLC ( http://www.videolan.org/vlc/ )
