How about selling Veron back to Lazio for 30m, using that money to get Thuram. We could guarantee him the central defence position he craves for,and we can assure him of European football next season. And then get Hofland to pair with him, or else just use O'Shea,and try and pry Lizarazu from Bayern to replace Irwin. And we definitely need another striker,so why not get rid of Yorke,and use the money to get either Kevin Phillips or Michael Ricketts,since it's very likely Bolton are going down.
