Rules are following:
1) Games shall be 7 minutes per half.
2) You may use teams with ratings up to 4.5 stars. 5 stars teams are not allowed.
3) You may only use each team once, therefore you have to post who played who after games so I can keep track of it.
4) You must play at least 1 but not more than 6 games in each week, starting on Monday, ending on Sunday.
5) You must play at least 7 games in a month, between 11th days of certain months, i.e. now it's 11th April until 11th May.
6) Those who don't play required amount of games will be punished with a deduction of 2 points (if they don't meet the requirement of 1 game a week) or 4 points (if they don't meet the requirement of 6 games a month). This will not concern people who will actively seek games on here, only those who go missing for long periods without solid explanation (for example holidays, work trip). I will post a list of players with deducted tally on 12th of each month, though hopefully there will be no need.
7) You cannot play the same player twice in the same week.

We have one player who is in newbies but wanted to play, his login is arthurka - you are supposed to contact him via PMs. I will be in touch with him so I will know if he is trying to get his games played.

I will be more objective than The FA and UEFA.

There will be a cup competition within each league and a cup competition for all participants (UEFA Cup only this year, next season there will be CL and UEFA)

Top 4 teams from each league qualify for Champions League for next season.
Teams from 5 to 8th place qualify for UEFA Cup for next season.
Cup Winners also qualify for UEFA.

There will be prizes for top players.

Fine. Good idea, will make it easier for me to keep track of it.

Edit: You can also put goalscorers if you want, will make it a more interesting readmand a reflection of the game.

EDIT: I know the rule states you can not play the same player twice in the space of two weeks, but I could become very busy in the next week or so so I was wondering if you'd permit me special permission (if my opponent of the day are willing) to play the 2nd leg of our tie straight after. This would help as I wouldn't have to seek out 12 people, 24 times in the busy period about to ensue; it'd be 12 people but less time arrangements. I am not asking to play more than the quota of 6, just that once I'm playing someone if it's fine with them to re-match straight after.
