This is the second time this has been attempted, however I intend to maintain this thread for anyone interested. Anyone who wants to question my presentation skills can kiss my hairy bean-bag.

Lets keep this simple, lose a game and your out, if you don't play within 5 days of it being you turn, you get eliminated.

You can pick any team you want and you can pick your position in the cup draw, first come first serve & as soon as we get 16 people it starts.

The green boxes indicate the current game to be played.

The last one failed because I think (and I'm speculating) that the XB360 ownership to XB LIVE Gold membership ratio isn't quite as high as Microsoft would have us believe, or the userbase really is heavily weighted to North America.

Considering the PS3 is supposed to be 5-6 million units in sales less than XB360 worldwide at this point, the previous thread for XB360 got battered by the PS3 one. Maybe free online is a selling point as we go forward?

Yes, I'm just guessing here, I just find it rather odd how those two threads turned out - funny time of year as well. I think that Microsoft will in time however be forced to reduce their subscription fees and move them more towards the content.

I'm pretty sure you can find each other in a lobby, for example "my country" if not you can always create a custom room in the lobby.

Not a bad idea having 8 teams - the other xbox thread had about 14 people sign up to it - I'll leave it until tomorrow then make a decision.

I want to join but my Fifa is buggered. The girlfriend knocked the xbox while it was playing and now i have a huge circle going around the disc.

take it to a video store, they should have a cleaner there that can remove surface scratches... i did that for WC2006 and it worked fine.

Not sure if it works, but I've been told that wiping scratched disc's with Brasso makes them work, dont know if its true.
