Manchester United fans have been given the top rating by UEFA for their sporting behaviour during the Champions League semi-final with Bayer Leverkusen at Old Trafford.
UEFA delegate Ernst Nigg from Liechtenstein commended the supporters in his official report for the way they got behind their team and cheered the Leverkusen players at the end of the 2-2 draw.
United's director of communications Paddy Harverson said: "It is very rare for fans to get a top rating like this.
"It was a fantastic night of football and the fans played their part in that.
"Hopefully we can repay them on Tuesday by getting through to the final."
