I saw The Answer live when they supported ACDC. They put on a really good show and after the show myself, my dad and his mates ended up having a pint in Wetherspoons with the frontman. Really sound bloke

Recent band or album i quite liked by a scottish band was/is the one by The Phantom Band. Pretty decent effort.
Camera Obscura are a good outfit.
