He's a Turkey youth international (and not "called up after being linked with United" ala Bebe) so playing for a college team shouldn't be a problem.

Surely that's mostly guys that have been raised as part of the extensive Turkish community in Germany rather than German teams importing young talent from Turkey?

Hes still 16 so the earliest we could sign him would be January 2016 which probably makes this less likely to happen

We could do a deal like with Rafael, Fabio, Henriquez etc.. i suppose if he's seen as a good enough talent to take a risk?

They were all at good enough clubs to keep developing up until 18 though
