3) Martinez + Lindelof
4) Martinez + Maguire
5) Varane + Lindelof
6) Varane + Maguire
7) Play anyone with two legs

I’d swap 4) with 5) otherwise that list works for me.

Shaw hasn't played there enough to be fully confident in him. He's had a few very good games, but also looked quite shaky once or twice. I'd probably rate that combo as #2 as well but I wouldn't say I'm confident about it.

Your #4 through to 6 are all fairly even. My first thought was I'd probably do the same, but then started thinking about the real lack of speed with the Martinez-Maguire combo so they might drop down the list.

Shaw was impressive at centre back but i'd need to see more of it to put him top. I'm not as sold on Martinez defensively as most are. We're still conceding a lot of goals.
