Rapidshare can be tricked with simple dynamic re-routing (SDR). Instructions can be found here.
If time isn't an issue then RDown will help (you'll need an older version of Firefox though, Firefox 3.5.8 will do it).
Or jDownloader, paste in the links and leave it running overnight

JDownloader is good, somebody mentioned it already. Just copy and paste the files and it will download sooner or later. It also extracts the rar files for you. It works for all download sites (rapidshare, megaupload etc...). Basically, if you not in a hurry --> JDownloader.

If you have an unlimited internet tariff with your ISP and they don't restrict bandwidth based on sites you download from (yes incredibly some implement site filters, so it doesn't matter if you have a paid account, you'll still get your bandwith reduced) then JDownloader is a must have tool.
For me this bandwidth restricition based on the sites you visit is absolute criminal.
