2 June - Antwerp, Belgium
4 June - Paris, France
6 June - Rock Am Ring Festival
7 June - Rock Im Park Festival
10 June - ZITADELLE
12 June - Sweden - Hultsfred Festival
15 June - Nickelsdorf/Burgenland - NOVA ROCK
10 July - Optimus Alive!08 - Oeiras - Lisbon
12 July - Scottland - T in the Park
13 July - Ireland - OXEGEN

Hmmm, Paris sounds good, that would be amazing. I almost went to Rock the Bells last year but I couldn't afford it

Seriously? How much was it?
The Berlin concert is 52 Euros. I'm thinking to going to Lisabon in July though..

Cracking band...

my only question is does breaking up and then reforming for a money spinning world tour still count as raging against the machine?

Another strange thing is that there are no concerts in the former communist East European countries. They are touring exclusively Western Europe..

This machine needs money to rage, more. ;)

To be serious... I have nothing against them.

Morello's innovative guitar technique is a pure joy to listen and watch.

I still think it's one of those bands you have to see live before you die. I just wish they would have played in some of our countries as well.. But I think Im definitely going either to Ireland or Scotland to see them!

I have a feeling this will not end with a one tour... they still have so many fans in the whole world.

I can risk by saying that maybe in future there will be another RATM album.

Good luck getting tickets for the Irish show mate!

I just checked the prices

4 day camping (Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun): €244.50 incl. Bk. Fee
3 day camping (Fri/Sat/Sun): €224.50 incl. Bk. Fee
3 day NO camping: €199.50 incl. Bk. Fee
Day tickets: €99.50 incl. Bk. Fee

Too much for me. If I get a day ticket only, Id need another 100 euros just to get to Ireland and another 100 euros for beer. That's too much money for an anti-capitalist like me.

I guess Ill just have to wait until they come to Nottingham. The next big thing is Soulfly, and they only charge 32 pounds.

Maybe Morello suddenly turned into a capitalist...

Brilliant... Max Cavalera is a legend.

The Cavalera Conspiracy new album is awesome. Finally Max and Igor playing togheter, again.

Its not very anarchic is it? paying 800 quid to see a band called Rage Against the Machine..

I think a lot of this money is taxed as well, and then all those other expenses etc... who knows. I heard that the artist in the end doesnt get too much really. That's probably why it's cooler if they play in some really cheap underground places then on big festivals.

Is it good? Ah cool, Im gonna get that one. I remember reading something that he's playing with Igor again. The new Soulfly album Max said is going to be brutal! Cant wait.

Bear in mind lads that there is a bit of a gap between the days that Download Festival is on.

Could be a good shout for a guest spot on one of the stages i thinks.

Saw them probably in 2000 when they were at their peak, the concert was fecking awesome

They're back together?

feck. Why wasn't I informed of these shows sooner? Practically no chance of getting tickets and finding someone to drag along now.

Why arn't they playing at Download?

This sucks. It's like being given a winning lottery ticket, except it's already on fire

They probably will be Noods.

They still need to announce the Second to last bands on each day for the Main Stage...They already have Judas Priest but i would have a hunch that RATM have to be considered also look at the fact there is a rather conspicuous gap between their Rock AM dates and the dates after as well.

Bands that usually announce dates like that, who are also playing ROCK AM end up playing Download.

Because no one told me, and I would never look to find out for myself.

Hope so. If they're at Download, then at least I can get tickets, and there's already a bunch of people I know probably going whom I could tag along with.

I'd love to see them live. I'd put up with a weekend of mostly shite music in order to do so.

They're playing at the leeds festival this year, headlining with metallica and the killers

One of my friends at festival republic has sorted me out with tickets to the free gig in london... yays

Does anyone know if you need to take I.D to this finsbury park gig, in order to prove it's you on the ticket?

They did at The Finsbury park gig. I didn't really see much of them, but what I did see, I didn't really like. Struck me as gypsy music.
