Brown, Rio and Silvstre are the only really quick players we have.
Blanc for speed in reading the gmae though.
Slyvain Blake in the 17's is lightening quick.

It would be a toss up between Silvestre and Ryan Giggs although IMO Giggsy worries about his hamstring so he isn't moving flat out like he used too. Pace up front and heading ability are probably our weak points at the moment. Hence SAF looking at Duff, Quareso, Shevchenko, Klose, Kluivert etc. It isn't a crisis because we have strengths all over the field but I think he wants options to counter RVN being marked out of games and maybe to increase penetration down the left.
in the last few years, it has to be Kan Kan 'Kanchelskis' - he was lightning quick, closely followed by Giggsy!!!

Ref Kan Kan : Not sure how true it was , but i heard he could do a 100m sprint in 10.5sec, which is very quick, almost olympic standard - but agin it could be utter rubbish i was told.....

Not really much pace in our team at the moment, so it would have to be Silvestre.

Forlan seems pretty quick to me - because of the position he plays does not go on the sort of extended run that Mickey or giggs do - but rather shorter bursts through the middle - but bet he's about the same speed in a straight race.
Silvestre without a doubt.
It's a close call between Wes and Mickey.

I read somewhere that Gary Pallister was one of our quickest players in the early to mid 90's.I would have to go with Silvestre but Rio and Wes are quick aswell.
Over the first few yards Giggs is the quickest.
