QUestion about sharing files

I need to get a Quick time 1 Gig video file over to me from San Fran in the next day.

Its Apple based and I use Windows.

What is the best way to go about it, the person sending it does not have enough space to send it by email.

use a video splitter to split into shorter clips, then email or use one of those upload sites like megaupload.com.

It can host files upto 1GB
