United don't use match voucher 013 as it is deemed unlucky!!

Dunno why we don't use 13, apparently we never have, probably all supersitious or something

I borrowed my mates season tickets when he couldnt go and watch the Sunderland game. Ticket 13 was the one at the top, but the guy at the turnstyle left that one in and tore out 15 ( i think it was 15 ). I wondered why they had done that. Now i know. Thing is though, if United don't like 13, why print it?

Respect to all

I used 13 for the Derby game to see if you could get in with a wrong number, and I did it

If you think skipping the number 13 is plain daft you want to try the superstitions out this way (China/HK). We skip the 13 in many situations for the same irrational reason as the UK. Additionally, however, the number 4 either sounds like the chinese word for death or looks similar when written (any of the Chinese guys on here clarify this?).

As such we also miss any number with a 4 in it, thus in many Chinese buildings the floor sequence is:

1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 15, 16, 17 and on also skipping 24, 34, all the 40's etc.
