he is naturally right footed but that makes absolutely no odds to the lad. his left is better than heskey's right by some margin
i think at this stage fergususon likes the versatility aspect, and would consider him for a place anywhere across the midfield.
he is pretty useful on the left especialy when he cuts inside.

The fact he can play both wings effectively must be a big bonus. He looks like the best canidate if we were buying just one new wide player, he is young and unestablished so he will accept the role of supporting until he is ready to claim his place, which gives continuity. He would also have a smaller salary than Kewell or Duff, so he looks like an economical choice, yet potentially higher quality than either.
I think he will be one major candidate for the summer ... if Duff nor Kewell things are just rumours ... Price will be an issues - Duff and Kewell will cost a bit more than 10mil I reckon .. . but if Sporting ask for a lesser eg.5-7 mil for Queresma then I could see it happen before Duff/Kewell ...

I've just seen a bit of him for the first time. There's a re-run of the Argentinian match between San Lorenzo and Vélez Sarsfield on at the minute, and during the half time break they showed a mini-documentary type thing on the lad.
He looked excellent, he was everywhere, on the left, on the right, down the middle, always seemed to be running at defenders. The commentary was comparing him to Figo when he was young, and it said we have first option to sign him.

Looked like he was both to me. Looked just as comfortable on both flanks.
He absolutely tore England U21s to piece a couple of months back. Looked very good, well deserving of the new Figo tag.

He's a must..
must admit, of all the players i keep an eye on, this lad really is a heartstopper. the old butterflies start when you imagine the shirt on him. what counts is his attitude and personality. is saf thinks hes a United player he'll bring him in.
