Joaquin is very, very good. Better than Chadwick anyway. And he's Spanish, in case that's what Penny is asking.
Quaresma is similar to Figo, and the Portugese media are touting him as the new Figo. Of course, they do that with every young Portugese winger who's ever "sold someone a lollipop" for the past few years. I've heard that he's really shining in the Portugese league at the moment. A bit young, and inconsistant, for United to spend big money, but if he's to be had for a few million, he's worth a gamble.

i think Penny was referring to Queiresma, who's Portuguese and was in the same u21 team as Viana. i dont know how he rates against Viana, but Joaquin on the other hand he's going to Real, dead cert matter of time only.
i think we're barking up the wrong tree to talk about players who so obviously have their heart set elsewhere.
Queiresma though is realistic :)
