Am i the only person who is unable to get any videos what so ever to play on my PSP. Ive tryed many times to do so, searched the internet for FAQ's and all they suggest is that i am using the wrong format.

First of all i would like to know the correct video format for once and for all.

Secondly i would like to know how to put videos on.

Thats all.

cheers.

cheers. ok. i downloaded the software, recorded a video and tried loading it on to my psp.

Everytime i do this, it comes up with the message "List Index out of bounds (0)"

any ideas?

You need to make sure the video files are named in a certain way and placed in the correct folder, I'm going to bed now and can't remember the details but it's all out there on Google, do some research, if it's stil not sorted tomorrow I'll try and help some more.

download psp video 9 to convert your videos

i personally convert videos to the 320x240 MP4 768 kbps Stereo 128kbps format..(its there in the program)

then after the conversion go to the directory where the video is (by default its in My Documents/Converted Videos/MPEG4) and you should see a file with a filename M4Vxxxxx.mp4 (with xxxxx being 5 digits)

now connect your psp via usb cable and enter usb mode...you should see a folder named 'MP_ROOT' in your Memory Stick directory, open it...a folder called 100MNV01 should be there, that is where you copy your MPEG4 files (the file has to be named M4Vxxxxx with xxxxx being any 5 digits)...now exit usb mode and go to videos under the XMB...your video should be there
