No but I just got It all working there 
i can get sopcast do broadcast however wheneve i change channel on sopcast, PS3 wont pick it up and keep on playing the previous channel. Do you know how to fix this?

here you go mate
1 - Install Sopcast
2 - Install VideoLAN - VLC media player http://www.videolan.org
3 - Open SopCast and select the chanel. Wait sopcast show the channel
4 - Open VLC with this command line:
"C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -vvv http://127.0.0.1:8902/tv.asf --sout "#std{access=mmsh,mux=asfh,dst=:1234}"
5 - Go to TVersity and add that Video URL mms://127.0.0.1:1234
Now you can play sopcast channels in you XBOX360, Iphone, PS3, etc...
"The folder could not be accessed. The content may have been deleted from the media server"
try this
1)make a shortcut of VLC on your desktop
2)right click and click on properties.
3)Go to target field
4) copy "C:\Program Files\VideoLAN\VLC\vlc.exe" -vvv http://127.0.0.1:8902/tv.asf --sout "#std{access=mmsh,mux=asfh,dst=:1234}"
C:\... - will vary on where you installed VLC player
make sure you copy quotes as well.
5) Go to TVersity and add that Video URL mms://127.0.0.1:1234
6) Once this is done run sopcast player not from website. scroll to the channel and then play. wait till it buffers close to 100%.
7) Now launch the shortcut on your desktop.

It works for me, but I have seen people complain that they cannot get it to work. I would expect in such cases it's something to do with the router.

I don't have a TV which lets me connect the PC into it in this room or that's the option I would go for
You have your computer plugged into your TV? Do you only have one room?
Does it not become really bad quality when upscaled to the size of your TV?

And computer monitor is a bit fecked still, so things look well weird on here alot of the time.
Depnds on the quality of the stream.
Good quality streams look almost TV quality from 8ft away on a 20" monitor for example.
