My wife moved the instructions for the PS3 bluetooth remote from the shelves next to the TV to make sure we didn't lose them and now we can't find them. Without them I'm failing to get it to work with the new PS3. Has anyone a copy they can scan and send me a pdf please?

Thanks Weaste. It doesn't tell you how to prepare the device which is on the instructions I lost. You have to push enter or star (or something) for a certain time before doing the process on those instructions. I might have missed them because I've been on my iPhone for the last couple of days. I'll have a look later when I get up.
I think that the PS3 tells you what to do. I also think that you have to hold down start and enter until the PS3 recognises it from what I remember. It always ends up in slot 7.
It doesn't but that sounds right from what I remember.
