Problem with the site

I'm having a really frustrating problem with the Cafe, and Redcafe only!

It seems to only work when I remove the "www." from www. RedCafe.net.
So when I type in the url without the "www." all is fine, but when I type it with "www." in front of redcafe.net the browser only shows a blank white screen.

I wouldn't be complaining, but when I click on a thread to view it I always have to remove the "www." to open it and that gets irritating in the long run.

Anyone heard of similar problem or has a solution for me?

Clear all your cookies. Not sure why it's happening. What browser do you use?

thats a rotten problem, you should probably try a different browser

The "www" part of a URL refers to a machine or a server, it could be anything. I can't see how it would be a browser problem.

I would suggest that you open a console an "ping www.redcafe.net" and see what it says.
