Problem with PS3 sub-account and parental restrictions

Basically, the sub-account isn't allowed to access the PSNetwork so no games can be played online because the parental settings don't allow it.

This is despite the fact that I've changed the parental settings a million times on my main account, there should be no restrictions at all. fecking thing won't have it. It's really fecking me off.
