Pro Evo 8 / Winning Eleven?

Can anyone tell me which Winning Eleven matches up to PES2008? I broke my PES disk so I'm going out to buy whichever WE is closest

It's the same game, I'm pretty sure the last one was called:

However, if you have a Wii, I'd recommend that version.

It's called Pro Evolution 2008 on the pc, Winning Eleven isn't in the title.

They are the same game, unless you want the japanese version. I don't even know if you can get that here anyway.

Did you have PES 2008 on the PC? Because that is the only version of the game that you can buy in America and Europe. The Japanese version (Winning Eleven) isn't sold over here.

Yeah, just thought I could get down the shops and buy the latest Winning Eleven though

The last one I had was Winning Eleven 11 - that was Pro-Evo 2007. So I would assume this years version is 12?
