West Ham are so shit. It's a travesty that we lost that game after playing so well.

Was wondering if this thread existed too. Ipswich v Palace such a mouth-watering prospect that must have been riveting so far.

Also, AWB playing on the left. Poor Lopetegui thought he was getting Mazraoui.

Why have West Ham got AWB at left back?

He's played there at times in games this season. Not from the start, when they've taken off their left back. Switched AWB there and brought Coufal on who at the start of the season was looking better at right back than AWB when he would be subbed on.

Was Emerson awful v Arsenal? Didn't watch but saw he scored. Guess Saka rippped him apart and this is his punishment.

Can't really fathom how shit West Ham are.

They seemed to recruit well in summer and you'd have expected Lopetegui to be a fairly safe, boring, solid appointment, yet they're shipping promoted club levels of goals every week.

What's happened to Aaron Cresswell?

Always thought he was a chancer and a crap appointment from them.

Can't say I ever particularly rated him either, but I had him down as a safety-first kind of coach, a bit like Nuno. Surprised to see them concede close to this many.

Same. After Lopetegui suddenly resigned from Wolves, Gary O'Neil took over and improved them whilst also making them more exciting to watch. If the main reason West Ham decided to part ways with Moyes was because of his style of play, then I'm not sure what they were expecting from Lopetegui.

West Ham looking very dangerous at the minute.

Can't imagine that's been said much this season.

Alreayd has 2 goals this season and has been told he needs to defend more haha, he left United and turned into a different player

He scored 2 PL goals in 3 months during lockdown under Ole, then went a few years without scoring again. I wouldn't read too much into these 2 goals for West Ham.

Leicester goalie dropped a couple tonight now at least, haven't watched it all. Looking nervy.
