I think we are looking to sell 2 midfielders to replace them with Amrabat and 1-2 rookies. Unfortunately I can't see anyone coming in for VdB as his wages are much too high and his performances non existent. I'd rather keep Fred or McTominay, but those two are much more sellable.
I still hope Henderson will find a new club, but also his wages are exorbitant and we don't hear from any interest other than Nottingham. But those feckers also seem to not want to buy a fair fee. So I could see him stay.
Maguire is a little bit wishful thinking, but I could see him wanting a move to maintain a place in the national team.
Our strikers will be Hojlund, Martial (unsellable) and Sancho as false 9. He Who Cannot Be Named won't be in the squad. We are a massive merchandise brand after all and wouldn't want to be associated with a me-too-scandal.
Interesting. Jonny Evans just signed a one year deal so he'll be in there. Sancho will apprently play centrally according to ETH. Also Henderson is highly unlikely to stay.
I definitely hope he'll leave. But I'm not surprised he doesn't have a lot of offers. His wages are too high and he's really nothing special. Plus he doesn't strike me as a guy who reduces his wages.
