Ideal warm up game. Few lads looked very rusty but that’s a great outing to get them back up to speed.

Rashford looks sharp and hungry which is great.

Great to get the win. People were worried that we might have issues with them considering our squad depth, but we did fine I think.
Rashford showed some glimpses of his old form, Martial looked ok at times (he lacks match fitness I think), and AWB had a redemption.

A fun return to football. Played some great attacking patterns tonight. The defense was shaky but overall it was mostly a smooth night.

Improvement in our attacking system is starting to appear which is fine for me.

Given the history, this was a fairly easy 90 minutes. They may have shed quite a few of their thugs as they went down into the Championship, but I was a bit worried with the potential aerial bombardment. None of that really.

Rashford continues his excellent form. And Dubravka makes me think Heaton is probably the better keeper, despite his age.
