Let's cast our mind back over all the good things from this season.

1) The come-back at WHL.

Larry scoring in same match, to shut some of the United fans up!

Actually, reaching the European SF this year beats another easy title win but earlier elimination in Europe. I think we have re-established our position in the European heirarchy as one of the top 4.

Or the Cup, or the Other Cup, or the Other Cup, or the other cup, or the shield, or the attendence record, or . . .

You guys crack me up!

Is it not a bit sad that a thread about United positives has to include something about Liverpool?

And on the 1st page of the post too...tut tut..is there really that little to be positive about regarding UNITED that you had to mention Liverpool already?

Oh well, whatever makes you happy.
;)

Amen to all the above!

wrapping up another Keano contract with no fuss at all.

Ruud's stoppage time penalty in Nantes and the 5-1 win the next week (with Silvestre scoring)

Phil's wonder goal v So'ton

Attractive attacking football... as usual! ;)

Wonderful partnership between Ruud and Ole...

We signed Ruud otherwise we'd have been relying on pornstar...I blame him as much as any one for problems this season (sorry I know it's meant to be positives but at least i started with one)

Who are you on about - Dwight Yorke? He's hardly played so I can't see how you blame him for anything...

the few times he did play he showed a complete lack of anything and that was at the time we had the bad spell, how does that shit reflect in the dressing room. Some prima donna wandering round shagging page thre girls and then doing feck all on the field. That' what I mean, stop thinking the short term, a sean is 10 months, 3 of which we vanished from!!!!

Honestly mate - I think you're loading unfair criticism on Disco. The consensus seems to be that he's sitting back taking his pay check for nothing, but whatever about that (which is speculation in all fairness...) he has had little or no impact on the season as a whole.

Incidentally - in the last game he played in he scored. Plus he only got three starts and only a further seven as substitute - that's not enough to have a profound influence on the team, either positively or negatively.

Most people hate Disco - I don't, but noone is likely to agree that he caused our season to come undone. Up until a fortnight ago we were still hoping to win everything - long after Disco had stopped playing.

Alright mat I guess we can agree to disagree, I am just disappointed that some one with that tallent can be such a bad egg. if you are saying it is only because of the fact his face was out of fit then i assume you are blaming Fergie for his shitness...I obviously have other ideas and like I said the affect it had on others. remember Wes was repremanded for hanging with him and word had Barthez was too but i think there kies another story.

FFS!!!!!!!!!

What is the matter with some of you. The heading is Positives

If you want to start a whinge do it somewhere else. Why does every thread have to degenerate into "negatives".

Finishing equal 3rd in Europe - improvement. Beat Arsenal, and they stuff up vs Everton, won EPL as well. Worst 2nd. Almost there, a little finetuning and next could be another treble season.

Every goal we scored, every win we had. Knowing that those other can only win a trophy when we play bad.
