Portable Ipod Docking thingies!

Anyone own one/have practical knowledge ?
I want one to play mainly in the kitchen and bathroom. Sound quality is most important factor but obviously looks and price come into the equation. Saw a nice BOSE one but £300 notes is a bit steep!
Any advice appreciated.

Yeah, Bose products are pricey.


To be honest, you get what you pay for. The more you pay, the better quality of sound you are going to get. This doesn't mean you need to spend hundreds though.

i bought a nice one in Zavvi for around 100 euros

the sound is fantastic from them

cant remember the brand name off the top of my head though
