Awww

What a load of complete horseshit. The England captain is too tired to captain his country on tour, and needs 4 months off?

feck off. Load of nonsense decision. Given the poor tour he just had in South Africa, Bangladesh was the ideal place to go and try fill his boots

Anderson is also missing, but he's got a good reason with his knee

Bangla are doing pretty well right now against India, the no.1 Test team in the world :), so it might not necessarily be an easy tour for ya lot as well.

Entirely agree Brad, he should have gone, especially as he and Flower are in the process of moulding a new team, playing how they want to play, he can hardly do that by staying away

Also, not sure on the schedule for the year, but I guess he could have some form of break whilst the IPL is on, or definitely when the Twenty20 WC is on in May.

Yeh I'm just seeing on SSN news. I watched the first part of day 1, India were around 10 an over for the first five overs... dunno what happened there!

No one's giving a crap about the match even though they've been named in the squad, that's what's happened.

Think this could end up being bad for us going into the S Africa test series in a couple of weeks. They should either perform or have asked to sit out.

If it was not for Sachin, do not think we would have reached 150. Sehwag's cocky comments before the match motivated Bangla even more. Moron.

Ponting has had rests on several occasions, allowing M.Clarke to take over the captaincy
