Rankings for pissers and moaners complaining about Fergie's selection/tactics/hair cut: big fat zero!!!! So I think we finally know why Fergie is the coach yeah?

Tho maybe Phil Neville deserves 11. And does Fab deserve 10. He had sod all to do. ;)
 
Unfortunately for some reason on fsw the crowd sound is muted slightly, so it always seems quieter than it actually is.

i said it before.. it was obvious to see that the great man still has hunger for the club after the city game... the players got the bollocking they deserved..since then we've had a great run...


i think he threatened to kick out certain players....and its done the trick.

4-5-1 somehow paid off.

my official apology to SAF and fans of 4-5-1 for my article. :D

altho i have to admit that Ole playing out wide does give us more of an edge. if becks come back he should stay out wide to give us the most of this formation.

one question, will it work against lower teams? we have seen 4-5-1 work with CL games, and now Arsenal.. but it didn't work against Bolton and who all that beat us or drew with us last year and this.

I think if we continue to play like that we should be okay no matter what formation we play.

But then, I still prefer a more aggressive formation (4-4-2) against lower team. I think it can exert more pressure on the opponent from the start and make them crumble as fast as possible.

I agree.

we're much more composed with 4-5-1 in midfield, but i guess we don't need to be very composed and conservative when playing against lower teams.

10 to everyone all played well, P.Neville could get a 12, he played tirelessly and was definetely MOM.
Veron did very well....for the Veron critics.......super match
 
MOM was Phil.
Him, Ruud and Ole were the unsung heroes. No goals, but plenty of hunger to show.

altho admittedly i have to say we were very composed against the Liverpool's attacks. i guess 4-5-1 has given us such composure in defence that we haven't had in a long while.

SAF has finally found a way to break them down, and what better way to do it than at Anfield.
