is there any were in the forum i can practice posting pics with out upsetting any one??

every time i try to post a picture it says this is not a valid image

If you're trying to upload them directly to the site, I don't think it'll work.
Best bet is to upload any pictures you want to somewhere like Imageshack or Photobucket, the link them to here using the insert image option.

Choose an image (some might have copy rights and may not copy).
1: Right click on the image.
2: Choose properties
3: A box titled properties will appear with, choose the URL address of the image and highlight.
Once highlighted right click with mouse and choose the copy option.
4 Once you have copied the URL address of the image, on the Caf click on the "go advanced" reply option.
5: Once in the reply option , on top tool bar there are various options, click on the small mountain like button, fourth from the right.
6: A small script prompt box will appear, delete the already highlighted http://.
7: In the script box right click with you're mouse and choose the option paste, then OK.
All the above looks complicated, I assure I am a novice at computers - it will be easy after very little practice.
